Smartick Solutions Ltd is a software consultancy registered in England and Wales. We build bespoke software, mobile apps, websites, and API integrations for UK businesses.

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics, and we do not run advertising on our website. Our website does not require you to create an account.

We use personal data you provide for the following purposes:

  • Discussing, scoping, and delivering services you have requested.
  • Communicating with you as part of an ongoing client relationship.

We process this data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries) and, where a contract exists, contract performance.

How Long We Retain Your Data

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected:

  • Contact form enquiries that do not result in a project are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
  • Data relating to client projects is retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 6 years after completion, in compliance with our legal and accounting obligations.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

We use the following third-party services which may process data on our behalf:

  • Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions. Submissions are delivered to our email inbox. Web3Forms does not store submitted data beyond delivery.
  • Google Fonts — our website loads fonts from Google's CDN, which involves a connection to Google's servers. No personal data is transmitted beyond your IP address as part of the standard HTTP request.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right of access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your data where there is no legitimate reason to retain it.
  • Right to restrict processing — you can ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
